General household waste
General household waste comprises of: clothes, toys, paper, plastics, cardboard boxes, kitchen wares, furniture, office waste, untreated wood, gyprock, cupboards, fridges, washing machines.
Construction and renovation waste
Construction and renovation waste, sometimes referred to mixed waste comprises of: kitchen cupboards, pvc pipes, tiles, brick, kitchen appliances, taps, sinks, baths, toilets, timber.
Brick and concrete
Often referred to as heavy waste, this comprises of: bricks, pavers, rocks, and concrete. Brick and concrete only.
Mixed heavy only
Contains brick, concrete, masonry, dirt, excavated materials.
Mixed Light waste only
Timber, plastic, paper, cardboard, metal, general domestic/tidy up waste. No brick, concrete, masonry, dirt, excavated material or food waste.
Metal – ferrous and non-ferrous
Cast iron, copper, steel, aluminium, brass, metal sludge, bronze, wrought iron, stainless steel, silver, lead.
